Payments must be made through the methods specified in the invoice (e.g., bank transfer, letter of credit).
Late payments may result in delays, suspension of services, or additional interest charges as per the agreed contract.
4. Delivery & Shipping
Delivery timelines are estimates based on current production capacity and logistics arrangements.
Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, customs clearance, pandemics) will be communicated promptly.
Risk of loss and ownership for products pass to the buyer upon delivery.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only under prior mutual agreement and within the timeframe specified in the contract.
Products must be in original condition and packaging. A restocking fee may apply.
Refunds will be processed after inspection of returned goods and may take up to 14 business days.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, images, and content on this website are the property of The Perfect Fit and protected by copyright laws.
Any use, reproduction, or distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information exchanged during the course of business.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the affected product or service.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
